This section explains the Text Input action and its settings.

Text Input Action

The text input step automatically enters the specified text into the currently focused input field.
This allows you to automate typing into login forms, search bars, and other input fields.

If the focused element is not a real text input field, this step may not successfully enter the text.
In such cases, please combine it with the Screen Element Detection step to ensure correct focus.

You can set the input text when adding the step or by tapping the ✏️ icon in the step editor.

Multiline text is also supported.
